Shipping Policy:
Dionne Divine Elegance LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are in possession of the carrier. It is recommended that you sign up for shipping status updates from the carrier. It is also recommended that you ensure that the shipping address is correct upon placing your order. As we are not responsible if an incorrect address is used by the consumer.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may extend shipment processing times. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST; this does not include holidays.
Shipping/Delivery Estimate:
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times range between 5-8 business days but for accurate delivery times we suggest you contact the carrier (USPS) directly. Delays in delivery may occur occasionally.
Shipment confirmation:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped; this email will contain your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you have selected an additional method to be contacted regarding shipment information, i.e., SMS you will also receive tracking information via this method.
